With the fashion world finally beginning to acknowledge its inbuilt racism, we’ve put together a list of t-shirts you can buy to support the Black Lives Matter movement.
First up, Payton Slay has brought out a t-shirt featuring the classic police department logo with reworked wording. All proceeds will go to bail funds and the George Floyd memorial service. The shirts will be restocked in 2 weeks on the Payton Slay e-store priced at $25.
Next, KidSuper have released a t-shirt featuring just some of the many who have been killed by the police. It’s retailing on the KidSuper website at $38.46 with profits going to Black Lives Matter.
Crafted have also released a charity tee, with all proceeds going to organisations backing the BLM movement including Reclaim The Block and The George Floyd Memorial Fund. It’s retailing for $30 on the Crafted shopify store.
Next up, Tremaine Emory’s Denim Tears has released the ‘Cotton Peace’ tee with proceeds being donated to the Know Your Rights Camp. It’s currently retailing for $50 at denimtears.com.
