It’s CULTED with your morning NEWSRUSH for Monday 28 September. 

First up, the UK could be the first EU country to ban fur sales completely. According to The Guardian, the ban could take place after Brexit. The UK became the first country in the EU to prohibit fur farming 20 years ago.

In other news, Tommy Hilfiger will host a sustainable street style livestream tomorrow, 29 September. It will be a shoppable livestream highlighting how digital shopping experiences can be engaging, whilst also addressing sustainability as part of Tommy Hilfier’s mission to create fashion that Wastes Nothing and Welcomes All. The livestream will take place at 1pm EST on tommy.com.

Next up, Stella McCartney will release a report today displaying the fiscal impact of its business on the environment last year. The report highlights the damage that comes from using and extracting raw materials, and highlights what can be done to make a difference, including the importance of regenerating soil and farmland.

To round off this morning’s updates, Kanye West has teased a new track which samples Lauryn Hill’s Doo-Wop (That Thing). West dropped a 40-second teaser of the track titled ‘BELIEVE WHAT I SAY’ on his Twitter.
