First up, Selfridges is kicking off its ‘Project Earth’ campaign which includes a second-hand store named ReSelfridges, a clothing rental service, product repairs and more. The initiative is part of Selfridges five-year sustainability plan in an effort to become a more ethical and sustainable retailer. You can discover the project on selfridges.com.
In other news, JJJJound, the favoured mood board and brand will drop two sneakers in collaboration with New Balance. The suede and mesh 992 sneakers feature JJJJound branding on the heel and are priced at $260. Released in two days on endclothing.com and sneakernstuff.com.
Next up, Supreme has released a video featuring legendary comedian Katt Williams. Dressed in a box logo tee and barbed wire print suit, Williams speaks on current events in a humorous manner and labels Donald Trump as a “perfectly suitable clown”. And most importantly he speaks on Black Lives Matter and encourages viewers to “say it out loud, because it’s a fact”.
