Monday News Rush Featuring Fresh Prince Air Jordan.
It’s CULTED with your NEWS RUSH for this Monday morning.
First up, Nike is set to release a new Air Jordan 5 inspired by The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
The sneaker will be a re-release in an alternative colourway of the ‘Bel-Air’ Jordan that hit shelves back in 2013 and will feature a white base, with 90s detailing and neon accents. It’s rumoured to be dropping this summer priced at $200.
In other news, according to a new report from Bain & Company, global sales of luxury goods could fall by as much as 60% in the second quarter.
As a result of the pandemic, the consulting firm explained that predicted sales are expected to be between €180bn and €230bn. This is down from last year’s estimate of €281bn for the same period.
Next up, AnOther magazine and Another Man are set to merge into 1 biannual publication.
Editorial Director Jefferson Hack said “this relaunch brings us together to sharpen our focus, reset our values and redefine the fashion magazine for the future.”
The magazines will merge this fall.
That’s all for today.
It’s Sam with CULTED. Have a great start to your week.
