It’s Monday, and Mary Berry is the new face of Burberry. Holzweiler has hit us with a new campaign, and Crocs has teamed up with Levi’s. Vagabon has dropped a new album and music video and Gant and Dom’s Subs are fueling us for fashion week. There’s a lot going on, so strap in and read all about it in our Monday Briefing.
Gant and Dom’s Subs provide a Fashion Week feast
Gant, the Swedish menswear brand with American roots, has teamed up with London’s lengest sandwich makers, Dom’s Subs, to keep the capital’s fashionistas fueled up amidst the LFW chaos. Open from morning ‘til night, there’s a selection of scrumptious sarnies and banging bagels, with enough coffee refills to fuel even the fiercest of fashion critics. If you get a chance, head to the pop-up today to catch the last of the action. Or, sample the delicacies in Dom’s permanent Hackney Road location – you won’t regret it.

Mary (Bur)Berry fronts Burberry campaign
Mary Berry, revered for her show-stopping sponge and baking knowledge, is Burberry’s latest campaign star. In the days running up to Daniel Lee’s Burberry SS24 show, she was pictured enjoying a cuppa in North London’s Norman’s Cafe, which also hosted a Pop-up to celebrate the launch of Burberry Streets. Berry is to cakes what Burberry is to fashion: an enduring beacon of British excellence, and we love it.

Holzweiler debuts its FW23 “Deep Sea” campaign
For FW23, Holzweiler has transported us to the tranquillity of the natural world. The campaign titled “Deep Sea” looks at the perennial beauty of nature, of open fields and water. Maxi puffer scarves act as pillowy floats on a tranquil lake, with down jackets layered up, and pastel cable knits are pictured against a serene stream. Classic styles such as the ‘Tine Cardigan’ and ‘Ball Balaclava’ are refreshed for FW23 with new colourways and metal hardware detailing. The campaign spotlights the new down-jacket collection, thoughtfully crafted. The collection uses responsibly sourced materials informed and inspired by the brand’s roots in Norway, where Winter calls comfort. Holzweiler’s FW23 is comfy, cosy, colourful and practical – and we love it.
