Miley Cyrus has created a piece of quarantine culture, with her show ‘Bright Minded’ on Instagram. The show gives tips for better mental health while we are bombarded with frightening updates about the coronavirus. ‘Bright Minded’ takes place Monday to Friday @11:30am PT
In the live-stream, Miley shares a screen with her celeb therapist on one day, or friends such as Demi Lovato on the next. The videos give tips on how to stay mentally stable as well as nutritional advice to boost your health whilst isolated.
ln her first lGTV, Miley and psychiatrist Dr.Amen recommended eating 11 immune boosters, and steering clear of sugar and alcohol as they can make you more likely to suffer from negative thoughts.
Also, you guys should get your leggings out and practice 10 minutes of Yoga, planks or jumping jacks a day, as physical activity helps to reduce stress.
For a healthy brain, Dr.Amen encouraged everyone to dedicate 15 minutes a day to learning something new so our brain can grow new connections.
