Daniel Lee’s debut for Burberry was the most anticipated collection to show at last season’s London Fashion Week, and keeping up with the hype is the release of Liam Gallagher and adidas Spezial’s LG2 SPZL. 

It’s a big week in the world of fashion and culture, with Speedo teaming up with Folk to level up your Lido look (perfect for the last days of summer). Elsewhere, ZEGNA has got us wrapped up in The Elder Statesman, and Samuel Ross’ A-COLD-WALL* has gone all Beyoncé “Renaissance.”

Refuge kicks off the Euro Tour with Carhartt WIP 

Carhartt WIP has teamed up with the Berlin-based radio station Refuge Worldwide ahead of its European tour. The parties start on September 16th, kicking off at Control Club in Bucharest, and conclude with a Berlin date at Berghain’s Panorama Bar on December 8. Along the way, the tour will stop in Istanbul, Tbilisi, Brussels, Amsterdam, London, Ghent, Parus, Copenhagen, Cologne, Warsaw, Lisbon and Turin. Look out for sets from Sally C, Hunee, Anu, Bradley Zero and more. Each event will be preceded by a DJ workshop taking place in the venue. In addition to the tour, a limited-edition Carhartt WIP and Refuge Worldwide clothing piece will drop in September.

Wasted brings the attitude for its Fall/Winter 2023 campaign 

Taking us on a journey through the shadows, Wasted has revealed a campaign that resonates with lost love. Paying tribute to the golden era of Philadelphia’s Love Park, their new collection nods to the silhouettes of the ‘90s golden age of skateboarding and graffiti culture. Keep your eyes peeled for this one, as it’s releasing very soon.

Burberry’s Fall/Winter 2023 Collection is available to buy now 

Daniel Lee’s debut collection for Burberry is now available to purchase in all Burberry stores and online. The collection was first seen back in February, and was widely praised for its quintessentially British designs. Shot in the Isle of Skye, the campaign nods to the functional roots of the house, which was founded on the principle that clothing should be designed to protect people from the British weather. Oversized faux fur trapper hats are a standout for us, perfectly riding the line between playful and powerful, serving as the ultimate accessory for the winter. Key pieces include the Knight bag, Shield Sling and hot water bottles (which were provided to attendees of the February show with their name on).

Folk goes coastal with Speedo 

Independent mens and womenswear brand FOLK has teamed up with Speedo to create a cold water swimwear collection. The collection consists of 30 skillfully designed pieces consisting of unisex FOLK outerwear styles in the form of fleece tops, parkas, track pants, sweatshirts, T-shirts and Fall/Winter 2023 accessories in a custom FOLK print. Speedo has handled the swimwear, applying the same print to a classic Speedo brief, jammers, swimshorts and a long-sleeve paddle suit. The collection will be available to shop on September 11 with prices ranging from £15-£290 and purchasable from Speedo.com, Folkclothing.com and selected retailers.

Daniel Brühl fronts ZEGNA x The Elder Statesman FW23 campaign 

Spanish-German actor Daniel Brühl has been revealed as the star of ZEGNA’s partnership with The Elder Statesmen. The collection serves as part of an ongoing dialogue around Oasi Cashmere: a platform to encounter new cultures and visions that are both progressive and responsible. The campaign featuring the acting star was filmed at ZEGNA’S historic Wool Mill in the heart of the Oasi Zegna natural territory in the Italian Alps. The collection is available in key ZEGNA stores globally and The Elder Statesman retail channels as well as selected wholesale partners.

Simone Belloti taps Alasdair McLellan to shoot Bally’s FW23 campaign 

For the first campaign shot under the new design director Simone Belloti, Bally tapped photography legend Alasdair McLellan for the job. Shot at the Bally Foundation’s home for art and culture, Villa Heleneum on Lake Lugano in Switzerland, the brand makes an elegant return to its roots, being natural and effortless. A series of intimate portraits display the innocence of youth, which is  further displayed through a new cast of faces alongside Global Brand Ambassador Roy Wang

JORDANLUCA has a motorway moment for FW23 

Jordan Bowen and Luca Marchetto’s eponymous London-label JORDANLUCA is putting the serve in motorway services for Fall/Winter 2023. The campaign is an exploration of the British highways, overpasses and truck rest stops (naughty, we know), where models are shot in these often overlooked, yet vital spaces. The collection examines apparent opposites, sameness and disparateness, chaos and order, and the way they interact. For this campaign, JORDANLUCA made clothes for people, that can be worn in any setting, and highlighted the power of fashion as an affront to sameness.

Born x Raised launch “Bird Of Paradise” Cut and Sew collection

Born x Raised continues its exploration into menswear with its latest cut-and-sew offering, reflective of the brand’s commitment to creative innovation and self-expression. Some might say that Liam Gallagher and adidas Spezial go together like Bonnie and Clyde – the two are inseparable and have a chokehold on culture, taking the footwear world by storm with the duo’s collaborative trainers. Issey Miyake has brought IM MEN to the UK, marking the sub-label’s first international venture since being founded in Japan a matter of years ago.
