Ksubi is embracing all things weird and wonderful for its Holiday 2023 collection, titled “Wonderland.” Rebellious and ready-to-party, the new collection and campaign merges Ksubi’s style with ‘90s underground punk culture.
With metal studs, double denim, and punk-style flyer-inspired prints, the Australia-born brand’s new collection is hitting us with a healthy dose of nostalgia. The campaign tones down the rave to an empty room with just a piano placed inside while the models, or ravers, show off the ‘90s free spirit through wildly-styled hair and dark, smokey makeup.
The menswear offering delivers a slightly punk aesthetic with its ripped and distressed jeans and a denim jacket to match, in classic blue and black colours. We also see oversized graphic hoodies and tees, perfect for both an indoor undisclosed warehouse location and outdoor parking lot and bonfire rave.
The double denim treatment is for everyone, with straight and boyfriend jeans making its appearance over on the womenswear side, as well as a matching corset-style top. Other long-sleeve, short-sleeve, and tank tops can be found embracing Ksubi’s house codes.
Rounded off with bodysuits, a trench coat and a blazer-style dress, the collection has your rave wardrobe complete from Berghain to Boiler Room. It brings functionally to the function with its pocketed trousers without compromising the wearer’s ability to dance the night away.
