It’s CULTED with your 60-second FASHION BLAST.
H&M has teamed up with Billie Eilish to drop a sustainable merch collection.
The 16-piece collection features a range of shirts, sweatshirts and accessories.
Many of the pieces are oversized matching Eilish’s signature style and are finished with graphic logos following a black, green and cream colour palette.
Eilish has been vocal about her efforts to go green. She’s vowed to make her upcoming tour “eco-friendly”.
With increasing pressures on the world of fast-fashion to become more sustainable, H&M has been actively making an effort.
In a statement regarding the collab with Billie Eilish, H&M stated that “all of the clothing has been made from materials sourced in a sustainable way”.
The company is using organic cotton in the printed T-shirt dress and the oversized joggers, with both being stamped as part of H&M’s ‘conscious’ label.
However, these are the only 2 items in the collection that qualify for H&M’s ‘conscious’ stamp and none of the accessories have been made from sustainable materials.
Do you think Billie Eilish is aware of this?
Would she sign up to this with only 2 items qualifying as ‘conscious’?
Let us know your thoughts below.
