Yesterday, the 2020 Grammy award nominees were revealed – who’s excited?
Surprises are always a Grammys thing with Lana Del Rey doing a comeback, being nominated for her album of the year ‘Norman Fucking Rockwell’.
Isn’t it weird that Taylor Swift was always walking away with this award? And she wasn’t even nominated this year!
And my personal fav the African giant Burna Boy was nominated for the best world music album.
But the least shocking nominees of this year are Lil Nas X and Lizzo, who were nominated for many categories.
Lil Nas X is nominated for record of the year, album of the year and the best new artist.
And Lizzo ‘Truth hurts’ was nominated for Song of the Year. I mean.. is anyone surprised?
And I think we all saw Lady Gaga’s nomination coming for ‘Always remember us this way’ because let’s be honest, we all cried there.
Let’s not forget Billie Eilish who has been nominated for best pop vocal album ‘When we all fall asleep, where do we go?’
