It’s CULTED with your 60-second FASHION BLAST.

COVID-19 has changed the face of the fashion industry, from a move to more digital resources, to the impact the virus has had on supply chains. But who is best equipped to tackle these issues and the newfound changes of the industry? It’s looking like fashion grads.

While the inability to present their final collections in physical runways was frustrating, recent graduates have had to adapt the way they work entirely, providing them with a whole new set of skills which are now highly sought after. And on top of these new skills, graduates are also way more adapted to the digital landscape, so it seems that they could be in higher demand than ever which looks promising for the future of the planet.

Not only do younger creatives seem to have a greater drive in pushing sustainability in fashion, but sustainability is now a key feature in fashion courses. CSM, for example, are “committed to addressing the climate and biodiversity emergency” by equipping “the next generation of creative talents to take the lead on sustainable innovation”.

So guys do you think we’ll see a greater push for sustainability from recent grads?
