Florals, for spring? Groundbreaking. As much as Miranda Priestly was a nightmare, we can also see her point. Just because flowers are beginning to bloom outside, doesn’t mean we have to reflect this wholeheartedly in our fashion choices. It would be like exclusively wearing RealTree Camo in Autumn – just a bit weird. And no, we won’t be substituting florals for Cerulean jumpers, no matter how much we claim to understand the references that got it there.
However, we will be giving our wardrobes a spring clean this season, adding key prints and graphics (that aren’t floral) as well as utilising the neutrals and monochromatic looks we already have.
