The Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards 2020 shortlist has been revealed!
Launched last year, the awards are aimed at recognising efforts being made in reducing the industry’s environmental impact, as well as efforts towards creating better working conditions across the supply chain.
So here are the categories:
First up, included in the Small Brands of the Year category are MATT & NAT, the vegan, cruelty free brand that uses 100% recycled materials and Raeburn, the outerwear brand in pioneering reworking surplus fabrics and garments.
In the Bigger Brands of the Year list are Hunter, Wrangler and Superdry – and Superdry was also shortlisted for Best Carbon Footprint Initiative!
Making the list for the Best Customer Engagement Campaign category are Bottle Top, John Lewis and again Raeburn, and both H&M and Farfetch were shortlisted for Progress towards Circularity, and Using Technology for Good.
Finally, H&M, Selfridges and Wolf & Badger, made the list for Retailer of the year.
So, what do you guys think of the list, and are there any other brands you would have liked to be included?
