From collabs to collection drops, the world is keeping busy but you don’t have to fall behind on everything up-to-date thanks to our Monday Briefing. This week, we’ve got another Levi’s® collaboration to celebrate the 150th anniversary of its iconic 501® jeans while M Huncho is treating us with not only a new single but also an album announcement.

First introduced for Spring 2022, the Jour Softy line specialises in compact accessories, specifically bags, with an on-the-go motto. For FW23, Berluti has introduced two new models, the Postino PM, a smaller version of the Postino, and the Escape, a new backpack style bag, as well as a new seasonal colour, Indigo Denim, on all its bags.

This year has been filled with parties, activations and collabs for the denim brand, and the latest to be tapped is Slam Jam. Taking on the classic pair of jeans, Slam Jam sticks on its upside-down “A” and a QR code at the back of the trousers, with the code allowing customers to be led to a video investigation that dives into the style of the 501® jeans from all sorts of perspectives. The Levi’s® x Slam Jam collab 501® jeans are now available on Slam Jam’s website.

Feng Chen Wang is giving Crocs a deconstructed look

The London-based fashion label Feng Chen Wang is the next designer to give Crocs the high fashion makeover we’ve all been waiting for. Taking on the Siren Clog and the Echo Clog, both collaborative pieces have been designed to be customised by the wear, with the Echo boasting a removable ankle cuff while the Siren also have a play-around cuff which turns the heeled clog into a knee-length biker boot. M Huncho has a new album on the way

Taking to his Instagram to make the announcement, the famed mask-wearing British rapper M Huncho has just revealed that he’s got an album on the way for us titled My Neighbours Don’t Know. The album will be dropping on September 8 which is not too far away but for those too impatient to hear some new sounds don’t worry because M Huncho has also released a new single called Of Course along with its music video which follows the artist around fields, side roads and piers all while staying masked, of course.

Axel Arigato is dropping the “Area Patchwork” sneaker

Launched on Friday, Axel Arigato’s “Area Patchwork” sneaker is a skate-inspired piece that was actually reversed-engineered from its predecessor, the “Area” shoe. The shoes feature raw edges on its laces and embroidery and a frayed canvas look, purposefully emulating the visual of a prototype reminiscent of skate culture. Priced at £295, the “Area Patchwork” sneakers are now available online for purchase.

A. A. Spectrum drops its FW23 collection

Titled LIQUIDALLOY-FLORA, the Beijing-born A. A. Spectrum has just released its FW23 collection inspired by Chinese florals, specifically the chrysanthemum with its dome shape and protruding petals. The shapes can be seen emulating throughout the largely monochromatic collection that consists of an array of outerwear pieces that challenge the stereotypical conventions of menswear.

Eastpak puts a twist on Clarks’ Torhill shoe

This one is a collaboration that fuses aesthetics with utility, as Clarks and Eastpak link up. The object of their affair? The Torhill boot. It’s a classic Clarks silhouette but in this collab, the shoe was inspired by two others, the Wallabee and the Big Gripper. The collaborative shoe features Eastpak’s signature zipper on its front as well as the woven and carry tag on the heel, and is now available for purchase on Clarks’ website.
